Grandma was helping out by feeding Lilah!
My little sleeping angel!
Later in the month my mom came up on a weekday to spend the day with Lilah and me! She was such a big help! She watched Lilah for me so I could enjoy a much needed shower. And while Lilah and I took a nap, she made jambalaya for Edward and me. A huge pot that we ate for days. Yum!
Gramma and Lilah!
Me and my sweetie, right after my shower.
Later in the month of January, we took Lilah to the Bay Area for the first time. First, we headed to my uncle and aunt's house to watch some playoff football with them and enjoy a yummy steak sandwich lunch. We don't get to see them very often, so it was nice to spend some time catching up with them. And they hadn't seen Lilah since we were in the hospital for her birth, so we were happy to show her off again!
My cousin Lauren was holding Lilah for the first time.
Daddy and Lilah were enjoying some football!
Aunt Karen was enjoying some Lilah time while I scarfed some lunch!
Wyatt (Lauren's fiance) was so excited to hold Lilah. It was cute!
After leaving my uncle's house, we headed over to the cemetery in Antioch where Avalon was buried. This was our first time bringing Lilah out there to see were her big sister was laid to rest. We brought Avalon some beautiful new pink flowers and placed those at her grave site. It was a very bittersweet moment for us.
My two daughters.
Then we headed over to Brentwood to stop in and see Edward's parents. And our friends Meghan and Mark (who live close by) came by to meet Lilah for the first time!
Grandma with Lilah (who was a little fussy at that moment).

And here are some random pictures of my adorable little girl!
